Fine flavours that keep very long in the mouth, slightly tannic, this wine represent the appellation well. This wine can be aged 2 or 3 years.
The ground from Regnie is pink granite, with sundry mineral elements. The colour of this wine is dark cherry, due to the minerals from the ground and red grapes a spicy smoothness.
We recommend to drink it at 13/14°c.
This wine comes from an old vine (100 years) and ages in oak barrels, and stays in the cellar for 1 year.
It has a dark red woody taste, and spicy. We recommend to drink it at 15/16°c. This wine can be aged 10 years.
